CLEAR Moto Policy

  • You will receive additional information after successfully booking any course. All Private Coaching must be booked individually by Contacting Us. All other courses can be found in our Upcoming Events calendar.

  • You have the option to pay in-full or a 50% deposit at time of booking.

    All remaining balances are due no less than one week prior to your scheduled training. You’ll receive an email reminder with a payment attachment for any balances.

    Payment(s) are accepted through our designated and secure payment portals on this website.

    Cash payment can be arranged. Please contact us to discuss your options.

  • Cancelling with more than two weeks notice will result in a 100% refund of total payments received.

    Cancelling with less than two weeks notice will result in a 50% refund on a full payment and no refund if only the deposit was paid.

    Canceling with less than one week notice will result in no refund. If desired a credit can be awarded which is good for one year from the date of cancellation.

    Rebooking your training is an option when available. The number of times an appointment can be rebooked is limited to two. After the second rebooking a $100 charge will be applied for every additional rebooking.

    “No shows/no calls” will not receive any refund or credit.

    • Valid Motorcycle License/Endorsement

    • At or over the age of 18 years old

    • Wear a properly fitted DOT approved motorcycle helmet

    • Eye protection (goggles, sunglasses, glasses, or closed helmet face-screen)

    • Wear Gloves

    • Wear Long pants

    • Over-the-ankle boots

    The gear you decide to wear is yours alone and is not CLEAR Moto’s responsibility. If you are not wearing or can provide one or more of the above requirements we will have to deny you training at that time until you can fulfill the gear requirements.

    • Riders are kind and respectful to all staff and fellow riders

    • Riders are willing to learn

    • Riders are responsible for their actions

    • Riders are responsible for checking in with their energy levels

    • Riders are responsible for taking additional breaks when needed

    • Rider is in control and responsible for how they operate their motorcycle

    • All staff will be respectful and kind to all riders

    • We are here to support and encourage riders

    • Safety is our priority

    • We are responsible for our actions

    • The coach will provide scheduled breaks during training for riders

  • Training will continue in poor weather. In the very rare case that weather is severe and dangerous enough CLEAR Moto may elect to reschedule or cancel training (in the case of a cancellation, you will receive a full refund, excluding the non-refundable travel costs when applicable).

    If training continues in poor weather and you decide not to attend training, there will be no refund in such a case.

    The training location and/or the curriculum order may change due to current weather conditions. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding as we highly value safety for students and staff.

  • You are responsible for making your own decisions and actions regarding your participation in CLEAR Moto - Motorcycle Rider Training. This includes your time on and off a motorcycle. Operating and being around motorcycles can result in injury and/or harm to yourself and/or others. By scheduling and participating in training, you are accepting these risks and responsibilities.

    All participants/riders are required to complete the CLEAR Moto waiver of liability, and any other required waivers or forms prior to participating in any CLEAR Moto - Motorcycle Rider Training. Refusing to do so will revoke your scheduled training and you will not be allowed to participate in CLEAR Moto - Motorcycle Rider Training.
